1. Who we are
STRADARIUM LTD is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at help@stradarium.website or +44 7871 238043.
2. This website
The website files supplied by STRADARIUM LTD do not contain advertising, analytics, tracking pixels or a server-side contact database. They do not set cookies. The light or dark theme choice is saved in local browser storage on your device so the site can remember your preference.
If this site is placed on a web host, that provider may process basic technical logs—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time—to deliver and secure the site. The final publisher should confirm the chosen host’s practices before publication and update this notice where necessary.
See the Cookie Policy for more information about local browser storage.
3. When you contact us
If you email or telephone us, we receive the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, contact details, message and technical information about an app issue. We use this information to respond, investigate support requests, protect our services and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry.
Our lawful basis is normally our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and supporting our products. Where we must keep or disclose information to meet a legal obligation, that obligation is the basis for the relevant processing.
You do not have to provide personal information, but without a reply address or enough detail we may not be able to answer or investigate.
We do not sell contact information or use support enquiries for unrelated advertising. Information may be handled by service providers that support email, communications, hosting or security, acting under appropriate instructions. We may disclose information where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal and record-keeping purposes, then delete or anonymise them. The appropriate period depends on the nature and outcome of the enquiry.
4. Everyday Math Stories
The app does not collect, transmit, share or sell personal data. It has no internet permission, accounts, advertising or analytics.
The app stores the following information locally so its learning features work:
- stories answered and whether they were correct on the first try;
- streak and daily-practice progress;
- saved stories and stories on the revision list;
- the identifier of an unfinished story so it can be continued later; and
- settings including theme, difficulty, categories, currency display, reminder time, sound and haptics.
This information is not sent to STRADARIUM LTD or any third party. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for the app.
Permissions and reminders
The app may request notification permission only when you turn on the optional daily reminder. Reminders are scheduled and displayed locally by your device. The permission is not used to collect data.
Retention and deletion
Local learning data remains on the device until it is removed. Reset Progress in Settings removes answers, streaks, saved stories and the revision list while keeping app preferences. Uninstalling the app removes all app data.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user.
5. Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to ask for access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to how it is used. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing. Email help@stradarium.website and explain your request.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint for current contact details and guidance. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.
6. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice before releasing a material change to the app’s data practices and when our website or enquiry practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
